Alumni Day 2016
Our 59th Alumni Day was held on
April 16, 2016, honoring the classes ending in ‘1 and ‘6 with
forty
people attending. Our speaker was Madeleine Sugimoto ’58, former Faculty

Madeline spoke about “Bending and Blending: Living in the United States
in the 1940’s”. Madeleine documented her presentation with pictures
painted by her father, Henry Sugimoto, a renowned Japanese-American painter.
The recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award was Barbara Coombs
Lee ’70. You can read her acceptance speech
here. And listen to Barbara interviewed on CBS Sunday morning on
right-to-die issues (8 mins.).
Our 60th Alumni Day will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 honoring
the classes ending in ‘2 and ‘7. We are happy to hear from you regarding
